Free standard U.S. shipping. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Tracking is provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, address issues, holidays, weather, or stock availability.

Please review your shipping address carefully. Once an order enters fulfillment, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

For lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email shopshoesack@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos where applicable.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
